Purpose of the Role


  • Customer return management, handling customer dispute. Perform all related documentation regarding returns and triggering credits to customers.
  • Ensure accurate returns entry and timely feedback to customers.
  • Suggest cost reduction opportunities or efficiency gains in all aspects of the Returns Process.

Preferred Companies/Industry


Experience in Credit control/finance team of any Multinational company.

Key tasks

  • Responsible for the entire returns process.
  • Communicates the returns process with customers.
  • May require minimum bachelor degree in Commerce/finance specialty, and at least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • The Credit Control Returns Specialist is responsible for processing and handling returns requests from customers. Responsible for researching and resolving returns issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Timely raising of credit notes and accounting them in the system/SAP.
  • Successful candidate will master skills in handling customer returns via phone, e-mail and mail. Responsible for entire Customer Returns process, process all returns, and other related duties.
  • Effectively manage work hours and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Timely closer of returns within the given TAT. Help Management with periodic reports pertaining to returns and disputes.

Key relationships

  • Sales team, Warehouse, Customer and all other Internal stake holders.

Qualification and Prerequisites

  • B.com/BBA, M.com, MBA finance, (Mandatory) SAP Experience, Excel knowledge.
