Divya Jyoti Agarwal serves as the Publishing Director at Macmillan Education India, bringing over 17 years of experience in curriculum planning, product development, and integrated learning solutions for K–12 education. A graduate of the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, Miranda House, and the Department of Education (CIE), University of Delhi, she combines strong academic foundations with deep industry expertise to drive innovation in educational publishing.
Divya led the development of Emerging Tech Stars, Macmillan’s award-winning blended learning programme for Computer Science and Coding (Grades 1–8). As a Publishing Director, Ms. Divya is responsible for shaping the product vision, pedagogy, and comprehensive training programmes for educators, enabling impactful teaching–learning experiences across schools.
Before joining Macmillan, Divya held key leadership roles at FortunaPix, Oxford University Press India, and S. Chand Harcourt (DS Digital). She spearheaded the development of the integrated learning solutions for CBSE schools and a digital learning suite for schools, covering all core subjects and seamlessly integrating print, digital, and learning analytics. She collaborated closely with design and technology teams to define LMS features, user workflows, and stakeholder-specific applications.
