Garima has extensive experience in strategic HR within multicultural environments. She has contributed significantly in the space of Performance and Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and as a HR Business Partner. In her earlier role, she has been an active partner to business across South West Asia in Leadership Development & Succession Planning Programme for Senior Management.
Prior to joining Macmillan, Garima has worked with NIIT Limited, Amway India Enterprises, Samsung Electronics and Oxford University Press. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from K J Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai.
