A proud moment for the entire Macmillan India team as our flagship series, ‘Hop Skip and Jump,’ received the renowned ‘Award for Excellence in Book Production’ from the Federation of Indian Publishers.

These awards, granted each year, serve as industry benchmarks for evaluating national book production standards. They encourage publishers to enhance the quality of book production not just in terms of paper, printing, and binding, but also in terms of design and typography, layout and readability, and overall feel of the book.

Hop Skip and Jump turned 18 this year and is a brand by itself with many publishers cloning it. It stands tall in the pre-primary category as an easy-to-use comprehensive pre-primary programme developed for early childhood needs, abilities, and interests. The Nursery, Junior KG, and Senior KG kits focus on building foundational literacy and numeracy abilities (FLN) through exciting skill sheets, exercises, games, stories, songs, and rhymes based on a multi-sensory approach and richly illustrated.
