Student/School shall convey their intention about not to appear in the exam at least 2 (two) days before the 1st exam date through email communique only to in.mymidassupport@macmillaneducation.com in order to be eligible for refund. No request for refund shall be entertained post that period and if no such email is received on the email id specified above. The refund will be processed through online payment within 15 (fifteen) days after completion of exam.
